Navel Bars measurement information:
- Gauge – this is the thickness of the bar, can be measured in (g) or (mm). 1.6mm is 14g
- Length – the length refers to the measurement between the balls.
If you have a new piercing, it is recommend a longer navel bar is used to allow for potential swelling.
Only once the piercing has fully healed, you could use a shorter (but not to tight) navel bar.
